Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

  • If you notice something doesn’t look right after placing your order, let us know as soon as possible so we can help.

Shipping

  • We ship within the United States.

  • Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive tracking information to follow its journey.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your products. If something isn’t quite right:

  • Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

  • To start a return, email us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll provide instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right—whether that’s a replacement or a full refund.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it, but we’re happy to help with a return after delivery.

Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
