Once you place an order, we need a little time to get it ready. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, along with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Delivery Times

After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery typically takes 6 to 12 days. Please keep in mind that delivery windows can vary depending on your location and local customs processing. We’ll do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be shown clearly before you complete your order. The amount you see is what you’ll pay—no surprises.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. When ordering from outside the United States, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to check the status of your delivery at any time. If you don’t see your tracking email within a few business days after placing your order, just reach out and we’ll be happy to help.

Delayed or Missing Packages
